Take advantage
of this great opportunity for both men and women to therapeutically
work through interpersonal relational processes. This interpersonal
relationship group will help you examine communication patterns
that influence your relationships with family members, romantic
partners, and friends. Issues such as communication, developing
healthy boundaries in your relationships, projection, authenticity,
self-criticism, and much more will be explored. This group
offers a safe environment to identify and explore feelings,
give and receive support and feedback, and practice new
healthier ways of relating to others.
Group therapy is intended to help people who would like
to gain support, increase self-awareness, and learn new
ways to cope with personal or interpersonal challenges.
Group therapy such as this can be especially effective for
people interested in exploring their interpersonal style
and enhancing their approach to relationships in such areas
as trust, intimacy, anger, conflict, assertiveness, taking
risks, or improving self-esteem.
We are currently accepting group members. The group will
be co-facilitated by Lindsay and Rebecca who are both Masters
Level Counselors.
This group will be held for 6 weeks. Each group is 1 1⁄2
hours and only $15 for each session! Transitions Counseling
